Dieser Cabernet ist ein toller Mix aus Fruchtaromen der neuen Welt und gleichzeitig der Eleganz der alten Weinwelt. Die Trauben wurden per Hand gelesen, Gärung in Stahltanks, 5 % des Weins wird in neuen amerikanischen Barriques ausgebaut, 15 % in älteren Barriques, der Rest in Holzfässern, allesamt 12 Monate lang. Ein toller "easy drinking" Wein, der perfekt zu Gerichten mit Rosmarin, Geflügel und dunklem Fleisch passt.
