Seine charakteristische Frucht wird durch eine sanfte Mazeration von 4-5 Tagen und eine Maischegärung von 2-3 Wochen bewahrt. Anschließend reift er in großen Holzfässern. Dieser Pinot Noir präsentiert sich genial trocken mit geschmeidiger Säure und zeigt sich fruchtig und reizvoll straff. Er lässt sich auch gut gekühlt genießen.
