Ein herausragender Sauvignon Blanc aus großartigem Terroir, der ideal ins Burgunderglas passt und eine Reifung von 4-5 Jahren zulässt. Perfekt entwickelt, mit Klasse, Substanz und Saftigkeit, geprägt vom Kalkboden und mit viel Reifepotenzial. Nach der Vergärung im Edelstahl wurde er 6 Monate auf der Feinhefe gelagert, wobei 80% im Edelstahl und 20% im Tonneaux reiften. Würzig und mit einer spürbaren Frische, zeigt er sich kraftvoll und saftig, mit einem harmonischen Spiel der Säure.
